    Hi Aunt Dana,

This is a simple yet absolutely fabulous tomato salad I have been making recently, really trying to capitalize on the deliciously fresh tomatoes this summer.

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Fig Balsamic Vinegar
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Fresh Feta
    Salt & Pepper

Basically, just slice all the tomatoes in half, toss then with 1/4 cup chopped basil, and add as much crumbled feta as you like. To make the vinaigrette with 1 part fig balsamic 2 parts olive oil. Toss it all together, add the salt and pepper to the salad et voila! C’est tout! Super easy and so good. Nothing new or different but the fig balsamic adds a wonderful flavor. Anywho, love you lots and tell the family hi!
